Anxiety, Depression & Emotional Wellness in the Light of Islam introduces learners to common emotional health challenges in a practical and accessible way. Designed for both Muslim and non-Muslim learners, this course explores anxiety, depression, stigma, support systems, and resilience through mental health education and values-based guidance.
Students will learn how anxiety and depression may appear in daily life, how to recognize warning signs, and why professional support can be important. The course also explores how personal values, family systems, community support, and spiritual reflection can contribute to emotional wellbeing.
